Yes. We have CSV import for menu items, categories, and customers. For larger migrations from Square, Toast, or Lightspeed we can hand-import for you during onboarding at no extra cost.

Hosted in Canada (Toronto region). Every connection is HTTPS, every database backup is encrypted at rest. We never sell your data and only employees who need access to support you can see it.

Cancel from your billing page any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period, then your data is held for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that it's permanently deleted.
